Are the products available/onhand?

Yes, all products that have ADD TO CART BUTTON enabled are available and may be purchased. However, please note that adding item(s) to cart does not guarantee reservation or purchase of item(s) yet unless checkout is completed.

 

What are the available mode of payment?

You may choose to pay through any of the following after checkout:

  • Bank Deposit: BDO / BPI / Metrobank
  • Online Bank Transfer: BDO / BPI / Metrobank
  • Pera Pdala: LBC, Cebuana, MLhuillier
  • Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards
  • PayPal

Payment details will be indicated in your invoice after you have placed your orders. Invoice(s) will be sent to the email address used upon registration/checkout.

When will I receive my items?

What are the different Order Status and their meaning? 

Pending - Order on hold while some item(s) is/are Pre-Order.

For Payment - Customer has completed checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed. Instructions on how to pay are indicated in the invoice sent to the customer's registered e-mail.

For Packing - Customer has completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed. After payment confirmation, order will be processed.

For Shipping - Order has been processed and packaged, and is ready for ship-out.

Shipped - Order has been shipped and tracking number will be sent to the customer's registered e-mail.

Cancelled - Order is cancelled due to non-payment or stock inconsistency.
